What we keep, and why.

Booth photos

Photos from an Amped photo booth are private to your session. They are reached only through the session code on your QR code or card. They are not listed on the site, in search engines, or on the event page. Anyone you share the code with can see them, so keep it private.

A session link works for 12 months after the event, then it is archived and stops showing photos. To restore a link, or to have your session photos taken down sooner, email photos@amped.photos with your code.

Race photos

Race photos from a published event are public on the event page, and anyone can find them by bib number. We read bib numbers from race photos automatically with Google Cloud Vision. To have a race photo of you taken down, email photos@amped.photos with the event and bib.

Your email

Amped Photos uses your email to send sign-in links, to remember photos you saved or downloaded, and to attach orders to Your photos. A saved, downloaded, or purchased photo stays available in the account for that email even if the event or session is later removed.

When you confirm your email to download a photo, we may email you about that photo and offers on prints. You can unsubscribe from those emails at any time with the link in the email or by writing to photos@amped.photos. We do not sell your email.

Who helps us

These services handle your information only to run the site for us:

• GoHighLevel sends our marketing emails and texts and keeps the contact details you give us.
• Resend sends sign-in links.
• Stripe takes payments. We never see your full card number.
• Prodigi prints and ships online print orders and receives your shipping address.
• Cloudflare hosts the site and stores the photos.
• Google Cloud Vision reads bib numbers on race photos.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number at an event, or on the pickup page or contact page, and agree to texts, we use that number to tell you when your photos or prints are ready for pickup and to send a related offer. The offer we run is 15% off prints and other physical products, from 3 to 7 days after you confirm a photo download. We also use it to handle replies such as STOP and HELP. You will get up to 4 messages per event. Message and data rates may apply.

A text messaging provider delivers those messages for us. We do not sell phone numbers. Questions about these texts: pickup@amped.photos.

Mobile or SMS information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
