Personal use is included. Commercial use is a separate license.

Photos are licensed for personal, non-commercial use. A commercial license covers commercial use of one photo and is bought from that photo's page.

Prints ordered online ship in the US. Booth pickup is fulfilled at the event and is separate from a shipped order. Digital files stay on Your photos for the checkout email.

Event pages may be removed from the public gallery. Photos you already saved, downloaded, or bought remain on the account for that email.

Refunds and reprints

Digital downloads and commercial licenses are not refundable once purchased.

If a print arrives damaged or defective, email photos@amped.photos within 14 days of delivery or pickup with your order email and a photo of the problem, and we will reprint it at no charge.

Text messages

Amped Photos sends promotional and account SMS to people who agree on the pickup page, the contact page, or at an event. Messages say when photos or prints are ready for pickup and can include the print offer: 15% off prints and other physical products, from 3 to 7 days after you confirm a photo download. Consent is not required to view, buy, or pick up a photo, or to send a booking message.

You will get up to 4 messages per event. Msg & data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP and the reply is: Amped Photos: for help, email pickup@amped.photos. After you reply STOP, we will send a confirmation and will not text that number again unless you opt in again.

Mobile or SMS information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
